“Happy Ring Project”: Message ring presentation ceremony

Last year, McDonald’s Japan ran the “Happy Ring Project” by setting up a special website to collect supportive messages from people nationwide to send energy and courage to children fighting illnesses and their families.

On Sunday, January 30, the 3,810 posted messages were presented to the Setagaya House by special supporter Eriko Imai and 8 ‘children supporters’ from all over Japan.

The “message ring” special commemorative object was filled with many warm messages of encouragement to the ill children and their families.
The ceremony included the presentation of this object as well as a special song of support.
