Donation from the Coca Cola Company

On May 30, Vice President Javier C. Goizueta of the Coca-Cola Company visited the Setagaya House to present the company’s donation of $88,000 as relief money for the Sendai House that has been affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake.
The globally popular company is known for their aggresive social contributions and has supported activities of the Houes to “help children fighting illeness and their families” and has provided significant donations to Houses all over the world since the opening of the 1st House in Philadelphia 36 years ago.
The company also has donated more than ¥10 million every year and provided beverages and many other supports to the Houses in Japan.
The latest donation was made out of their wish to assist the restoration of the Sendai House.
We would like to extend sincere gratitude to members of Coca Cola Companies all over the Japan and Mr. Javier C. Goizueta who takes the initiative in supporting DMHC.
