Opening of the 7th House in Japan!

The official opening ceremony for the RMH Fuchu, the 7th House in Japan, was held on Tuesday, March 2.
Chairman of RMHC Japan, Dr. Kaihara, Tokyo Metropolitan Children’s Medical Center’s Director, Dr. Hayashi, and CEO of McDonald’s Company (Japan), Mr.Harada were in attendance at this ceremony. McDonald’s Japan is a company that has continued to support the House activities.
As the ceremony was held on the day prior to Hina Maturi (Doll Festival), the venue included a large display of ornamental dolls to welcome in the attendees.
The “RMH Fuchu” is equipped with 12 bedrooms and will accommodate families from March 15 as the 2nd Ronald McDonald House in Tokyo.
155 local volunteers are currently making preparations in order to provide a “home away from home” to families
