Ronald McDonald House (RMH) is a home away from home for families with children who are hospitalized at a location far from their home.
It’s a home away from home for families with sick children.
Please review the following instructions when you use the facility.

  1. 01. Make a reservation at the hospital
    Confirm your reservation at thehospital
  2. 02. Check information and items required for making reservation at RMH
    Patient registration card, clinical department of your child, name of your physician, schedule of visit/hospitalization, how many nights you are staying at RMH, guest name(s) and their relationship with the patient, address, contact information, etc.
  3. 03.Call RMH you wish to use to make a reservation

  4. 04. RMH responds to your reservation request
    Requests will not be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. They will make a decision and contact you 7 days in advance for inpatient care and 3 days in advance for outpatient visit.

The fee is 1,000 yen per person per night (linen fee will be charged separately).
RMH is 100% funded through donations.
There will be House staff and volunteer staff on duty all the time to help you.
